Chris Smith

Chris leads Providence Inspections with a focus on service, accountability, and ensuring every inspection is handled with care from start to finish. His role spans operations, client intake, coordination, and oversight, allowing inspectors to focus on the work while clients experience a first-class, seamless process.

He brings a unique background that includes managing and coordinating home inspections, real estate sales, and business operations. He previously worked as a licensed Realtor and played a key role in scaling a high-volume inspection business, experience that shaped his belief in a concierge-style approach with a higher standard of service.

An Atlanta native, Chris remains deeply rooted in his community. He has devoted years to youth leadership as a high school small group leader at North Point Community Church, and has long supported local police K-9 units through volunteering and fundraising efforts.

Tom brings over 20 years of experience from working in consulting civil engineering and architectural firms. His background includes design of residential and commercial sites, public and private utilities, subdivisions, construction details, and inspections.

Tom approaches inspections with a methodical, detail-driven mindset, pairing technical expertise with practical insight gained through his years of experience. He is known for his disciplined approach and careful evaluations.
