Chris Smith
Chris leads Providence Inspections with a focus on service, accountability, and ensuring every inspection is handled with care from start to finish. His role spans operations, client intake, coordination, and oversight, allowing inspectors to focus on the work while clients experience a first-class, seamless process.
He brings a unique background that includes managing and coordinating home inspections, real estate sales, and business operations. He previously worked as a licensed Realtor and played a key role in scaling a high-volume inspection business, experience that shaped his belief in a concierge-style approach with a higher standard of service.
An Atlanta native, Chris remains deeply rooted in his community. He has devoted years to youth leadership as a high school small group leader at North Point Community Church, and has long supported local police K-9 units through volunteering and fundraising efforts.

Tom Crawford
Tom brings over 20 years of experience from working in consulting civil engineering and architectural firms. His background includes design of residential and commercial sites, public and private utilities, subdivisions, construction details, and inspections.
Tom approaches inspections with a methodical, detail-driven mindset, pairing technical expertise with practical insight gained through his years of experience. He is known for his disciplined approach and careful evaluations.

Craig Archibald
Craig has more than two decades of hands-on carpentry experience and a lifelong connection to residential construction. Raised in the trade as the son of a master carpenter, Craig developed a deep understanding of how homes are built and maintained.
His inspections reflect a strong attention to detail and a practical understanding of how home systems function day to day. Craig prioritizes a client-first approach through clear explanation, education, and a thorough evaluation of each home he inspects.

Don O’Shields
Don combines a strong technical background with a steady, thoughtful approach to inspections. With over a decade of experience in construction and landscaping, he brings practical insight into how homes are built and maintained, with a clear focus on current condition.
Don is known for delivering thorough inspections while keeping findings measured and proportional. His calm demeanor and professional judgment help clients understand what matters without unnecessary concern.
